IEDRC External Staff Retreat

The Inland Empire Desert Regional Consortium (IEDRC) hosted a dynamic External Staff Retreat in Huntington Beach from June 15–17, bringing together educators, leaders, and partners for three days of collaboration, reflection, and renewal.

Through interactive sessions, shared learning, and moments of connection, participants strengthened relationships and aligned around the consortium’s shared mission of advancing equitable, future-ready education across the region. The retreat’s spirit of camaraderie and creativity continues to inspire collective momentum long after the waves.
